Will Run For Food

There's this cute little diner a mile up the hill from my house, we've been going there for Sunday morning breakfast after church for a few weeks now. This morning I thought it'd be a good idea to run there and treat myself to breakfast. I went the long way around and ended up logging 3.6 miles, met my dad on his way home from the gym and had some delicious strawberry crepes. All my miles were in the 13 to 13:30 range which is way faster than I have been running and it felt so good! Maybe it's counter-intuitive to reward yourself with food after exercising, but for me there is no better motivation!
